Big Cat Cub Safari

I will be running Big Cat Cub Safaris from
January to April 2014.
Lions at Londolozi:
At Londolozi the Tsalala Pride have 4 cubs. The
Mangene Pride have 9 cubs.
Leopards at Londolozi:
Nanga Female has 2 cubs, Tambutie female 1 cub.
Cheetah at Londolozi:
The cheetah female with 2 cubs continues to
provide good viewing as the cubs are learning to hunt.
Tigers at Tiger Canyons:
At Tiger Canyons, Shadow has produced a litter of
cubs deep in the canyon. I have not yet been into the den to count
the cubs, but the setting is spectacular to say the least.
The den in situated at the base of a dramatic
rock tower. Beautiful swimming pools are close to the den.
Although rough, I have a road to the den
site.
Tigress Ussuri has also produced cubs. Being her
first litter, there is no guarantee these cubs will survive. I will
keep you informed.
Cheetah at Tiger Canyons:

In January 2014, the two female cheetah cubs
Shashe and Mara, will begin their journey into the wilds. A 1000
hectares has been set aside for them and I will assist them until
they are able to hunt for themselves. The photographic opportunities
of the cheetah and to be with the cheetah in the pictures are huge!
The male cheetah Runde has had an operation to
his feet and it is not known whether he can make it into the wilds.
I am certainly going to try everything I can, to see he succeeds.
There will be emotional pictures to be captured
on Runde's journey back to the wild.
The male cheetah Sabi is also returning to the
wilds during this time. Photo opportunities are excellent.
The price for a Big Cat Cub Safari for 2 people
is 16,000 Euros. This is 4 nights Londolozi and 4 nights Tiger
Canyons, including flights Johannesburg to Londolozi on Federal Air
and return from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg.
An optional extra is to fly charter Johannesburg
to Gariep Dam to ensure a game drive on the first afternoon at Tiger
Canyons.
The price for 4 people is Euros 31,000. This is 4
night Londolozi and 4 night Tiger Canyons. This includes a charter
flight Johannesburg to Gariep Dam (TC) to ensure a game drive on the
first afternoon.
The price for 6 people is 42,000 Euros. This is 4
nights Londolozi 4 nights Tiger Canyons includes the charter from
Johannesburg to Gariep Dam (TC).
If you are interested in a Big Cat Cub Safari you
should book soon as accommodation at Londolozi is exceedingly hard
to come by.
A 50% deposit secures your booking.
Note: You should bring long lenses, camera traps
and gopros as well as your normal equipment.
Every person coming on a Big Cat Cub Safari, will
receive a leather bound complimentary copy of "In the Jaws of the
Tiger" by JV.
